Jumbo Bracing

Larry plans to make a Jumbo at some point and wants to use the bracing pattern of his 1973 Guild F50. At night, he put a light inside the guitar, turned off the room lights, and was able to mark the centerlines of the braces and then transfer it to paper. Notice the 3 tone bars.

Bookbag Santa Guitar

Installing Frets and attaching the fretboard: We left off frets 1 and 13 so we could use registration pins in the slots for aligning the fretboard on the neck. We'll add those frets later.

Stands and Fixtures for Spraying

Larry took ideas from Chet and Howard and combined them to make fixtures and stands for holding the neck and body while spraying, and a stand for letting them dry. The stands and holders allow the body and neck to be rotated while spraying, reducing drips and runs.
